We have replicated Toni Malt’s professional makeup kit in the school for students to use during the classes. This communal shared makeup kit includes her favorite products from brands such as MAC, CHANEL, Charlotte Tilbury, Becca, Kat von D, Fenty Beauty, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Caudalie, Benefit Cosmetics, BeautyBlender and Pat McGrath.

Yes, every student receives a certificate after concluding a course. We have consciously chosen not to align our makeup school with an International Certificate as this would have meant following their teaching syllabus. All our teachers are highly successful makeup artists who shoot for top international magazines like VOGUE and Harper's Bazaar. Our syllabus is built on their experience, expertise and techniques. Meaning we teach you what has worked for us, having taken our own careers from nothing to now working on the highest level of the industry, you will benefit from our success, more than you could ever benefit from a certificate. The success of a makeup artist is determined purely by their portfolio not a certificate. At our Makeup Academy you will receive portfolio images from your shoot days that will get you jobs, retouched to VOGUE standard and shot by famed photographers who you would normally only get to work with at a much later stage in your career.
Yes, many of our students have flown in from abroad to attend our classes. We are very proud that our reputation has travelled as far as our talented students. You can take part in our courses while visiting the UAE on your visit visa. Many nationalities receive a visa on arrival, others will need to apply for a visit visa before traveling to the UAE. Short term visit visas are valid 30 days and long term visit visas 90 days. Make sure to apply for a long term visa when enrolling in the 30 Day Makeup Master Program as it spans over 6 weeks. We will issue international students a stamped confirmation letter to assist in your visa application process.
Students must pay 50% of the course fee upon enrollment to guarantee their seat. The remaining 50% of the course fee must be paid before the first day of class. Students who miss to make their 50% payment loose their seat in the class and we will fill lost seats with waitlisted students.
Theory sessions and makeup class demonstrations are held in the mornings followed by a 1-hr lunch break and 3 hours of supervised practice sessions in the afternoon. During the practice sessions our teachers will perfect your skills with you, paying meticulous attention to the details of your work and offering you one-on-one attention fine-tuning your work. On your photo shoot day you will work on a professional agency-represented model who will then be styled and shot by a renowned photographer who regularly shoots for Top Magazines. We often fly in top beauty photographers to shoot with you to ensure that you get the best pictures for your portfolio. Looks will be prepared by the students under Toni’s supervision, guidance and assistance. Classes are generally from 10am-4pm.
You will work on professional agency represented models on your photo shoot day. We will supply these models for you. For all in-class practice sessions students work on fellow students. If you wish to work on a model during every class, we can organize this for you at an extra cost.

Toni Malt teaches approximately 80% of each class On days where she is on photoshoots, students are taught by amazing guest artists who just like Toni work with magazines like VOGUE and Harper's Bazaar or are key regional trainers and senior artists for makeup brands.
Artists express themselves through many mediums. We would never alter your identity as an artist, it's important to us that you are who you want to be. Come as you feel we don't have a dress code.
We have replicated Toni Malt’s makeup kit in the communal makeup area in the school, which students may use while attending class. Students may also use their own makeup kit if they have one, which has the advantage that Toni can look through your kit and tell you what works and how to use it best and what product should be replaced to make your life easier and your work as a makeup artist more successful.
Yes, we are licensed and accredited by the KHDA (Government of Dubai, Knowledge & Human Development Authority).
We have only the very best products in our communal shared makeup area in the school, which students may use during class. We do however encourage you to bring your own existing makeup kit, which has the advantage that Toni can look through your kit offering you recommendations for improvements.
Depending on the course, the class usually consists of 6 to a maximum of 12 students. Keeping the class sizes small guarantees maximum learning effect and plenty of one-on-one attention given to each student.
After filling in the enrollment form on the website, you will receive an official invoice. You can either pay by bank transfer, or we can send our company driver to your location to pick up a cheque or cash, you will receive a receipt upon handover from the driver. You can also pay cash or via credit card whilst visiting the Toni Malt Makeup Academy. We require a 50% deposit upon enrollment to secure your seat. The remaining 50% need to be paid at least 1 day before the course starts. Soon you will be able to pay online as well!
